1. Orders & Products
Q: Are all your ceramics handmade?
A: Yes! Each piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, making every item unique. No two pieces are exactly the same, and slight variations in color and texture are a natural part of the handmade process.
Q: How do I care for my ceramic tableware?
A: Our ceramics are designed for everyday use. They are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and made with durable materials. However, to extend their lifespan, we recommend handwashing delicate items and avoiding sudden temperature changes.
Q: Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
A: At the moment, we do not offer custom orders, but we’re always expanding our collection. Stay tuned for new designs!
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide! Shipping is free within Estonia. For European orders, shipping is €5, but we offer free shipping on orders over €150. International shipping is €20, with free shipping on orders over €250.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders within Estonia typically arrive within 3-5 business days. European orders take 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days, depending on location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@drrr5.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with the return process.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay updated by following us on social media.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Be sure to choose the best deal for you!
